This Privacy Policy explains how Electric Verse ("Klapzo", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Klapzo website and mobile apps.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your name and mobile number, verified by OTP.
  • Delivery details: addresses you save and your device location, used to show nearby stores and calculate delivery distance.
  • Order details: products ordered, amounts, order status and feedback you give.
  • Payment details: payment status and transaction references. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure page and are not stored by us.
  • Device information: basic technical data such as app version and device type, used to keep the service working.

2. How we use it

  • To create your account and process, deliver and support your orders.
  • To share the order and delivery address with the store and delivery partner handling your order.
  • To send OTPs and order updates by SMS or notification.
  • To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service: with the store fulfilling your order, the assigned delivery partner, our payment partner, SMS and mapping service providers, and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Retention and security

We keep your information while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel.

5. Your choices

You can update your saved addresses in the app, and you can ask us to correct or delete your account and personal data by emailing abhifitlife@gmail.com. Some order records may be retained where the law requires it.

6. Children

Klapzo is meant for users aged 18 and above.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be available on this page.
