These Terms govern your use of the Klapzo website and mobile apps, operated by Electric Verse, a sole proprietorship at 2/76, New Colony, Birla Nagar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh – 474004 (GSTIN 23CRMPG8148N1Z8). By using Klapzo you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Klapzo lets you order products from independent local stores and have them delivered by delivery partners. Products are sold by the respective store. Klapzo facilitates ordering, payment collection and delivery.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older and provide a valid mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your OTP confidential.

3. Orders and pricing

• Product prices are set by the store and include applicable taxes. The delivery fee is calculated per order and shown before you pay.
• An order is confirmed once it is placed and, for online payments, the payment is successful.
• Stores may be unable to fulfil an order if an item is out of stock. In that case you will not be charged for the unavailable item, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payments

You can pay online through our payment partner or choose cash on delivery where available. For cash on delivery, the amount shown on your order is payable to the delivery partner on arrival.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available only within our service area. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the service, place fake orders, abuse delivery partners or store staff, or attempt to interfere with the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
