Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

Klapzo delivers only within its service area in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The app checks your address and shows nearby stores that can deliver to you. We do not ship outside this area or outside India.

2. Delivery time

Orders are packed by the store and delivered by a Klapzo delivery partner, usually within 30 to 60 minutes of order confirmation. The estimated time is shown in the app. Delays can happen due to traffic, weather or high demand, and we will keep you updated through live order tracking.

3. Delivery fee

A delivery fee of ₹7 per km is charged on each order, based on the road distance from the store to your address. It is shown in your cart before you pay. See Pricing.

4. Receiving your order

Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the order. For security, a delivery OTP may be required at handover. If we cannot reach you at the address, the delivery partner will try to contact you on your registered number.

5. Failed delivery

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or because you were unreachable, it may be cancelled. Refunds in such cases follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
